We prioritize the well being and safety of our guests and associates above all else. Due to the effects of COVID-19; we have taken additional measures in our hotels. We are closely monitoring messages and adhering to guidelines of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local health authorities to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols more rigorous.
A frequent routine sanitation schedule has been put in place for disaffecting door handles, surfaces, handrails, and bathroom surfaces. Thorough cleaning and disinfecting of public spaces (elevators and common areas including the front desk) as well as employee-only areas. We have removed all "high touch" equipment that are not critical to the operation of our hotel. We have elevated our pool sanitation procedures.
Hand sanitizers are positioned for guests, visitors and employees throughout the facility.
We have suspended daily housekeeping of guestrooms for those staying multiple nights to reduce human contact and possible exposure for both our guests and staff. We utilize cleaning and disinfecting procedures in each guestroom upon each guest departure with special attention given to regularly touched surfaces.
In accordance with the mandate from the state and local governments, some services and amenities may be eliminated or modified.
